week 4 highlights

I am embarrassed to be writing this update (notice that I've been stalling on this post). Due to a nasty cold that drained me of all my energy last week, I wasn't able to exercise very much. Consequently, I gained back 3 pounds. I'm so frustrated!!!

  2. I agree with your Mom. Give yourself a break. I wish I had the excuse of a cold as to why I haven't been to the gym. My excuse is pure laziness. But its a new week and we can both start over. I look forward to the week 5 update.
