the consequence of a lazy weekLesson learned!! For the first time in 2009 I didn't exercise 6 times in a week... I was a slacker and only walked once. For whatever reason, I got off track and subsequently put on 3 pounds. I wish I could take weight off as easily as I put it on. That would be great! This week I hope to recover from this setback and get back to living healthfully.
Well Get back to work!!!! Just kidding. I have a lazy week every week. I can't wait to see the Feb. pictures.
